Here\u2019s a valuable reminder that it\u2019s okay, and how to respond (to yourself and others) when asked a question you may not have the answer for.<\/p>\n<div class=\"igaudio\">\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-3040-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/internalgroove.com\/2023dev\/media\/MML\/09ThatsAnIdea.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/internalgroove.com\/2023dev\/media\/MML\/09ThatsAnIdea.mp3\">https:\/\/internalgroove.com\/2023dev\/media\/MML\/09ThatsAnIdea.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>What do you say when someone asks a question you don\u2019t know the answer to?<\/h2>\n<p>How do you feel about <a href=\"https:\/\/internalgroove.com\/2023dev\/find-your-answers\/\">not having the answer<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t mean questions like what\u2019s the square root of some random number.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m referring to questions you <i>feel like<\/i> you <i>should<\/i> know the answer to.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe it\u2019s a question about your business, or how to do something, or where to find something important.<\/p>\n<p>If you are someone who feels uncomfortable under such circumstances, you may be inclined to quickly say or do something to take yourself out of that uncomfortable space.<\/p>\n<p>The good news I\u2019d like to offer you is this:<\/p>\n<h2>It\u2019s okay if you don\u2019t know the answer!<\/h2>\n<p>It\u2019s one of the most powerful life lessons we can learn.<\/p>\n<p>If you are an aspiring or operating legacy entrepreneur, there is absolutely no doubt you will be faced with moments of <a href=\"https:\/\/internalgroove.com\/2023dev\/choices-from-right-place\/\">not having an immediate answer<\/a>. Especially when you\u2019re first starting out.<\/p>\n<p>If you think about it, most of the time, we DON\u2019T know the answer to <i>anything<\/i> until we\u2019ve been in a situation where we needed that answer.<\/p>\n<p>You don\u2019t feel bad about not knowing where the restroom is in a place you\u2019re visiting for the first time. And when you need to know, you don\u2019t feel bad for taking necessary steps to discover it. That may be as simple as looking around, or you may have to ask someone.<\/p>\n<p>There is no reason to feel or act differently about other questions you may not know the answer to.<\/p>\n<h2>It is no sacrifice of personal power to simply say, \u201cI\u2019m not sure about that,\u201d or, \u201cLet me do a little research and I\u2019ll get back to you.\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>In fact, when you are able to say confidently that you are unsure, or that you will find an answer, you are standing fully in your personal power.
