In this audio clip, I\u2019ll give you some great questions to ask yourself to discover your innate gifts and get on the path to career satisfaction.<\/p>\n<div class=\"igaudio\">\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-4461-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/internalgroove.com\/2023dev\/media\/MML\/NaturalNuances.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/internalgroove.com\/2023dev\/media\/MML\/NaturalNuances.mp3\">https:\/\/internalgroove.com\/2023dev\/media\/MML\/NaturalNuances.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<\/div>\n<h2>A big part of knowing and <a href=\"https:\/\/internalgroove.com\/2023dev\/standing-in-your-truth-as-an-entrepreneur\/\">standing in your truth<\/a> is knowing what comes naturally to you.<\/h2>\n<p>This is a great career planning question to ask yourself if you want to discover personal strengths that have the best potential for career satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Why?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Because the <a href=\"https:\/\/internalgroove.com\/2023dev\/naturally\/\">things that come naturally to you<\/a> are very often the things you do better than most other people.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>They don\u2019t require as much effort as other tasks and jobs.<\/p>\n<p>They don\u2019t make you feel like you\u2019re banging your head against a wall.<\/p>\n<p>And they don\u2019t feel like work.<\/p>\n<p>Doing the things that come naturally to you (and\/or having employees in your business that do) fosters an environment where creative solutions come easily.<\/p>\n<h2>This is one of the keys to a successful business.<\/h2>\n<p>Unfortunately, (and I see this consistently with my clients) most of us swat these things away.<\/p>\n<p>We think they come as easily to everyone as they come to us, and so we discount how valuable they really are.<\/p>\n<p>One of the reasons for this is that we have an education system that does not teach children how to recognize, honor, and develop their <a href=\"https:\/\/internalgroove.com\/2023dev\/dig-deeper\/\">natural gifts and talents<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Rather, it prepares them to focus their attention on doing \u201cwhat makes sense\u201d or how to make money in the corporate world.<\/p>\n<h2>If you want to discover what your natural gifts and talents are, think about what you would do if you knew for certain you would not fail.<\/h2>\n<p>Keep in mind, this doesn\u2019t have to be a huge, big-bang-level realization, like joining the peace corp.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s often something that takes just a subtle shift in how you are thinking, but it does require deep inner listening.<\/p>\n<p>So, what are the innate skills YOU were born with?<\/p>\n<p>What are the things YOU love to do that require little effort?<\/p>\n<p>What comes naturally to YOU?<\/p>\n<p>Exploring the answers to these questions will reveal your most <a href=\"https:\/\/internalgroove.com\/2023dev\/compiling-your-personal-strengths-list\/\">potent personal strengths<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Finding a way to incorporate them into your job description will make work easier and more fulfilling.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is your work situation frustrating you?
