One way I have served my clients is as a business growth consultant. I have assisted many clients in mapping out unusual business growth strategies to fit their needs and desires.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The path to a thriving career or business that brings fulfillment can take many forms. It often requires creative solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For instance, if you are unhappy in your current position or company, you don\u2019t always have to leave.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Business Growth Strategies<\/strong><strong> That Don\u2019t Involve Quitting Your Current Job<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One option is to renegotiate your position. This may require initiating a brave conversation about a new role or project you would like to take on. Yes, this can be a little scary, but there are constructive ways to do it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One way to have such a conversation without burning bridges or ruffling any feathers is to include ways in which your vision will benefit the company or the person you are conversing with. This is a wise approach to any business growth strategy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For instance, the new role or project you want to take on may help others reach their goals, streamline operations, or increase company profits.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another option that could allow you to stay with your current company is straddling two departments. I have guided clients through this process.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have also assisted clients in creating job-share situations, helped them take the initiative to restructure departments for more efficiency, and even helped them negotiate starting new companies under the same umbrella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Other Options\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course, when these options are unavailable, or negotiations don\u2019t lead to a better work situation, I have guided clients to start their own companies. Others have redesigned their own entrepreneurial ventures to better suit them, such as assigning roles differently.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes, business partners decide they are better off working separately.&nbsp;It can take time, courage, the willingness to take a hard look inside, and sincere honesty to find the business growth strategies that work best for you.
