Questions to Ask Yourself to Start Living In Your Purpose

What’s your life purpose? If you want to start living in your purpose, there are some key questions to ask yourself. In this audio clip, I’ll demystify the process of discovering your life purpose.

What’s your life purpose?

It’s a popular question these days.

If you want to start living in your purpose, there are some important questions to ask yourself.

For starters, do you really have to find your life purpose?

Is your life purpose somewhere out there hiding from you, waiting to be discovered?

The answer to that question is no.

There are clues to be found, yes.

But they are not out there.

And finding them is actually not as esoteric and mysterious as the term life purpose implies, because they are actually right here within you, and within your life experience.

Here are some questions to ask yourself if you want to get more clear on what your life purpose is:

  • What are you really good at?
  • What do you enjoy doing?
  • What do you do that you have never been paid to do?
  • How do you spend your free time?
  • What do you find yourself discussing with people at parties, picnics, or other social events and gatherings?
  • What do you do when you aren’t thinking about paying the bills?

Don’t limit the answers to these questions to your current life and career situation.

Go back to your childhood.

Go back to high school, college, and your young adult years.

The answers to these questions are big clues about your life purpose and the work you are here to do.

The answers may require some time to percolate up.

They may have to be excavated from your memory banks.

And they may just need to be acknowledged because they are literally so obvious you don’t even give them a second thought.

So, ask yourself these important questions, and pay close attention.

Take some time to let the answers arise.

You may discover that your life purpose is right under your nose!
