Daily Gratitude Practice

Here are two simple yet powerful daily practices I do around gratitude:

  1. Morning Gratitude
    I like to start my day with gratitude. So, when I first wake up in the morning, I write about something I’m happy about or grateful for. I try not to make it a big, broad thing. It’s usually something very specific.
  2. Evening Gratitude
    I also like to end my day with gratitude. This is when I think of five things I’m grateful for. It’s often a stretch to think of five things, but that’s okay. This exercise is designed to be a stretch.

Visualization

I am also a big believer in using visualization as a manifestation tool.

Visualization is like taking yourself on a little dream journey with your eyes closed while you envision what you want to attract. It’s like painting a virtual picture of your dream life, piece by piece. And the more detail you incorporate into your visualization, the more powerful it is.

Another way to charge your visualization with manifestation power is to own it as if it’s already happening. Feel as if you already have what you want to attract, whether it’s a client, a job, a marriage counselor, a friend, or anything else.
