Are you standing in your truth with grace and style? It’s the best way to build a career. Listen in here to discover more about why I know this to be true.
Standing in your truth takes a lot less work than trying to do what you think everyone else wants you to do.
Standing in your truth is about doing what feels natural to you.
When you build a career from your truth, it doesn’t feel exhausting.
It doesn’t feel like work.
It feels like you are doing what you came here to do.
It’s amazing how so many of the things that make life hard just fall away when you make the decision to stand in your truth with no apologies.
Of course, I don’t mean you should go around disrespecting other people, or expecting everyone to conform to your wishes.
Standing in your truth is about honoring who you really are, and also appreciating everyone else’s uniqueness.
Imagine a world where everyone followed their heart!
All the roles would be filled with people doing what comes naturally to them.
We all have different desires, dreams, skills and talents.
Some of us are dreamers.
Some are linear thinkers.
Some are problem solvers.
Some are artists.
There is a place for everyone!
Crafting a fulfilling career doesn’t have to mean traveling to a third world country and joining the peace corps (unless, of course, that’s what you want to do).
It’s as simple as doing what it is your heart wants to contribute.
And you don’t have to choose between your livelihood and standing in your truth.
It is possible to have both.
It’s my favorite part of being a coach–
facilitating the process of discovery, finding each client’s unique desires, skills, and talents, and helping them put those pieces together to build a career that brings them joy and satisfaction.
While it is a journey that takes time and commitment, it is well worth the effort.
I believe everyone can have a thriving livelihood WHILE standing in their truth.
This is our birthright.
