- Do you enjoy being part of a team or community?
- Do you work better on your own?
- Are you motivated by helping others?
- Are you motivated by discovering or creating things?
As you can see, work values are related to what motivates you, what environment you work best in, and what brings you joy.
Get clear on all these things to get on the path to the work you were meant to do!
